Terms of Use

Effective date: September 22, 2026

Licence to use the software

Sandcastle Kids gives you a personal, non-commercial licence to install and use the free installer on computers you own or have permission to set up. You can install it on as many computers as you like.

Cloud subscription and cancellation

Cloud is a paid subscription, billed by Carpenter WebWorks LLC, that adds the phone portal and related features. You can cancel any time from the portal. Canceling stops future billing right away.

Installing erases the computer

Running the installer erases everything already on that computer. By running it, you confirm you understand this and have backed up anything you want to keep.

No warranty on the free software

The free installer is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. We built it carefully and use it with our own kids, but we can't guarantee it will work perfectly on every computer.
